Better Health is a program made for women who feel stuck in their mind, body and life but are ready to take ownership of their well-being and become the best version of themselves from the inside-out.
Module 1: Physical Wellbeing + The Intro Module
Physical Wellbeing: In this module, you’ll learn the foundations of all diets, begin to understand food sensitivities, how they affect your body, and begin the elimination diet to help rebalance your body.
The Intro Module: In this module, you’ll make peace with letting go of what no longer serves you to allow space for the new self you are creating. This module is for closure, the declaration, and commitment to yourself, and a better life.
Module 2: The Gut Microbiome + The Reinvention
The Gut Microbiome: In this module, you’ll learn about gut health, the different types of bacteria found within the gut and its role and importance to your health and wellbeing.
The Reinvention: In this module, you’ll begin the recreation process, by discovering your true desires, values and goals, and awaken a new vision for your future!
Module 3: The Gut-Brain Axis + The Attachment
The Gut-Brain Axis: In this module, you’ll learn about the connection between your gut and your mind. This includes in depth explanations of important functions like your nerves, immune system and hormones.
The Attachment: In this module, you’ll learn how to attach these dreams into the physical realm, to bring them forth into your new reality!
Module 4: Stress Reduction + Building Your Roadmap
Stress Reduction: In this module, you’ll learn how to reduce stress, improve mood, sleep, digestion, hormones, energy, and much more
Building Your Roadmap: In this module, you’ll learn about your anti-self (the voice inside your head that limits your potential), create plans to raise the standards in your life and build a roadmap to achieve your goals.
Module 5: Detoxification + Emotional Balance
Detoxification: In this module, you’ll learn about environmental toxins, how they impact your health and wellbeing and detoxification methods to create balance within your mind and body.
Emotional Balance: In this module, you'll learn how to manage uncomfortable thoughts and emotions, and build anchors to ensure your focus and stability.
Module 6: Supplements + Embodiment
Supplements: In this module, you’ll learn the what, why and when of supplementation. This module will give you a better understanding of which supplements to take and how they can be beneficial to reaching your wellness goals.
Embodiment: In this module, you’ll learn various practices to embody the new emotions you want to feel while strengthening the connection with yourself, your goals, and your vision.
Module 7: Customize Your Plan + Manifestation
Customize Your Plan: In this module, you learn about your body type, and why health is not always a “one size fits all” approach, but very variant of body type, genetics, lifestyle and goals! You will also find useful tools to create your own home doctors office, including different remedies to ailments like essential oils!
Manifestation: In this module, you’ll learn about meditation and visualization, and how these practices can help make your visions your new reality.
Module 8: Money Mindset (Bonus Module)
In this module, you’ll discover your passions and purpose, shift your perspective on investments, and make a plan to create more wealth.

What is an Integrative Health Practitioner?
I am currently an Integrative Health Practitioner student. As such, I look at the whole body to find the root case of issues to provide holistic solutions to heal the body from within, instead of masking the symptoms with RX and other OTC medications. This type of modality is not meant to diagnose, prevent, treat or cure disease, or to supplement doctors and therapists recommendations. Rather, they are meant to bring awareness, teach, transform, and help build healthier lifestyles using a whole-body approach. All present information is suggested, based on my own experiences and studies, backed up by credible sources, extra informational links and resources.
